MVU CLEAN Charge Electric Vehicle
Commercial Incentive Program

Moreno Valley Utility is offering a $1000 rebate on the CLEAN (Commercial EV Assistance for New Energy) Charge program to commercial customers who complete the purchase and installation of a charging station (capped at 20 installations).

Rebate requirements:
- Customer must be a Moreno Valley Utility commercial customer.
- Customer must provide a copy(s) of the purchase receipt(s) for the charging stations.
- Customer must provide a copy(s) of the installation receipt(s) for the charging stations.
- Charging station must be a new, stationary charger, installed at the commercial location listed on application.
- Mobile chargers or plug-in chargers (including those with 240V receptacles) DO NOT QUALIFY.
- All documentation must be submitted within 180 days of project completion to be eligible for the rebate.
- Customer is responsible for obtaining all required permits from the City of Moreno Valley Building & Safety.
