What Is Online Order Tracking?

Our revised online Order Status system is now available. With this system you will have convenient, 24-hour access to your SeaMetrics order information, which is updated once a day on our website. By visiting your company’s password-protected Order Status page, you will be able to ...
... view your order history for the past 30 days.
... view order details, verify accuracy, ship method, estimated ship date, & more.
... link to the UPS tracking page that correlates to your shipped order.

In addition, if you choose to sign up for automatic email notification, you will…
...receive an email (next day) when each order has been received and is in process.
...receive an email (end of day) when each order has been shipped.

Getting Started...

   ... Viewing Orders Online
1) Email karing@seametrics.com to request your company’s Username and Password. Company Principals must designate password-holders, and should request a change of Username and Password when staffing turns over at their company.
2) From the SeaMetrics homepage (www.seametrics.com), click on the “Distributor Order Status” button (or type in URL www.seametrics.com/members/welcome.php)
3) Log-on with your company’s Username/Password
4) Review your 30-day order history (numerically by PO#, unshipped orders first)
5) Click on PO# links to view order details
6) Click on UPS tracking# links to follow the movement of your shipped packages (Note: Package tracking available for UPS shipments only)
7) Use the convenient links at the top of the page to access additional dealer information

   ... Receiving Email Notifications
The company Principal may submit up to three email addresses to receive automated notification of order receipt and shipping; send these email addresses to karing@seametrics.com. (We suggest multiple addresses to ensure continuity during your individual staff member’s absences.) Be sure to submit new email addresses when staffing turns over at your company.

NOTE: Order status data is updated only once per day. New order data can be viewed on the day after your order is received. Shipping data can be viewed at the end of the business day on which your order shipped.
